The house

The 2,938-square-foot penthouse overlooks Sunset Plaza, with restaurants and pubs just outside and mountain views from indoors and the private balconies. The slopeside setting offers ski-in/ski-out access to several lifts, subject to snow, weather and resort operations.

The kitchen has two ovens, a five-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and a standard drip coffee maker. A dining table and outdoor grill are available. The home also has a living room, televisions, games, heating, a washer and dryer, linens, towels and hair dryers.

The main king bedroom has a TV, balcony access, dual vanity, bidet, steam shower and jetted tub. The upstairs guest king suite has a TV, desk and ensuite with dual vanity, steam shower and jetted tub. A queen guest bedroom on the main level has an ensuite with a shower/tub combination. The upstairs twin bedroom has two twin beds, two trundles and an ensuite with a shower.

Free Wi-Fi, garage parking, ski storage, boot heaters, an elevator and ski shuttle service are available. There is no hot tub. Wednesday-night summer concerts in Sunset Plaza can be enjoyed from the deck. The central location can be busy during peak seasons, and nearby summer construction may cause occasional noise or disruption.
