The Pinnacle at Powder Ridge is a 4,444-square-foot home with floor-to-ceiling windows, multiple entertainment spaces, a fireplace, a large sauna and a steam room. Outdoor spaces include a patio, balcony and firepit. Entertainment facilities include a theater room, smart TV, stereo, books and air hockey.
The main bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the bunk room has two bunk beds. A common area has a sofa bed. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, shampoo and an iron with ironing board are provided.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, standard drip coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware.
