House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No children under 10 are permitted. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. Final homeowner approval and electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions are required to confirm a reservation. Long-term stays are allowed. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team and are non-refundable. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for more information. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability.
Getting there
Ski-in access to Alta Ski Resort; skiing and town are accessible on foot. A complimentary shuttle to Snowbird Resort and Alta picks up directly outside the front door. Garage parking is limited to one vehicle. Children under 10 are not permitted.
