House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. Smoking and pets are not allowed. After booking confirmation, guests must complete a pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification. Cancellations at least 5 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than 5 days before arrival receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor with elevator access. The Trocadéro is less than a 20-minute walk away.
