The Parisian Salon blends traditional elegance with contemporary flair. The tranquil Bois de Boulogne and the grandeur of the Arc de Triomphe are both within easy reach. LIVING AREA The living room is where this apartment earns its name. Opulent interiors fuse traditional Parisian style with modern touches, creating a space that feels both refined and genuinely comfortable.

A double sofa bed means the room flexes easily to accommodate extra guests, without compromising on the elegance of the setting. Expect generous natural light, carefully chosen furnishings, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to linger. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker, finished in a style that complements the sophistication of the rest of the home. Everything you need for easy breakfasts or more ambitious cooking is at hand.

BEDROOMS The master bedroom features a king-size bed in a serene, beautifully dressed setting, offering a proper retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, equally well-appointed and restful, while the study offers a double sofa-bed. BATHROOMS The first bathroom offers a bathtub and a double set of wash basins. Allowing you to choose between a bath or a quick shower, the second bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bash basin and a toilet.

The ensuite bathroom offers a shower and a wash-basin. There are three toilets in this home but one is separated from the bathroom. Between May and September a fan will be provided in all bedrooms. Please note that this home does not accept groups with children below the age of ten. This home is on the first floor with an elevator access. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
