Smoking is allowed outside in the garden or lawn, but not inside the home. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits; late-night revelry and loud music are not encouraged. The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each accommodate one extra guest with an extra floor mattress.
