Can I book only one or two rooms?
No. The entire home must be booked.
What type of cuisine is served?
Authentic, home-fresh meals are available. There is a standard menu, and meal preferences and dietary requirements can be discussed after booking.
Is smoking or alcohol consumption permitted?
Smoking is allowed outside in the garden or lawn, but not inside the home. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits; late-night revelry and loud music are not encouraged.
How can guests reach the villa by public transport?
A private car or taxi is the best way to reach the home. The property is 90 km from Pantnagar Airport, 65 km from Kathgodam Railway Station, and 4 km from Mukteshwar Bus Stand/Market. The route proceeds via Kathgodam or Haldwani toward Mukteshwar market and Mahadev Temple, then to the gated society.
Can guests pay 50% now and the rest later?
No. Guests must pay 100% before check-in.
