The house

The approximately 1,800-square-foot home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bathroom, with accommodation for up to 10 guests. Interiors include a large open living room, dining room, sunroom and bonus attic space, with professionally designed furnishings.

All three bedrooms are on the second floor: one has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, and two have queen beds. Additional sleeping areas include a main-floor sofa bed and two twin beds in the third-floor attic. Each bedroom and both additional sleeping areas have air conditioning. The second floor also has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination; the primary ensuite has a shower, and the main floor has a half bathroom.

Outside are an uncovered deck/patio, a table and chairs, four lounge chairs, a gas grill and a backyard with fencing. The private outdoor heated gunite pool measures 20 by 40 and has surrounding fencing. Four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and pool/beach towels are provided.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Central air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, bed linens, bath towels and a private entrance are provided.
