The apartment occupies the second floor of a classic Haussmannian building with lift access. The living room has parquet floors, decorative fireplaces, comfortable seating, a glass dining table and a wall lined with leather-bound books. The contemporary kitchen includes an antique dining table and opens onto a small balcony with a table and chairs.
The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are two ensuite bathrooms overall. The fourth bedroom has a trundle bed made up as two single beds. Fans are provided in all bedrooms between May and September.
Kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, freezer, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels are available. The apartment also has television, a sound system, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. Free internet is available. Children and infants are welcome.
