House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. Children and toddlers are welcome under close supervision. A wooden high chair in the TV room can be used for babies up to three years old. Board and card games are welcome at the antique dining table, but meals are preferred in the downstairs kitchen. Guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; requests outside these hours must be arranged in advance. Check-in from 21:00–23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives no refund.
Getting there
Accommodation extends across the lower ground, raised ground, first and top floors, with stairs to the bedrooms. The cellar is private and the top-floor study is locked. Children and toddlers require close supervision; the house is not equipped for child safety. Building work is taking place next door, although the noisy work has finished.
