House rules

Maximum occupancy is two; additional guests are not permitted. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited; any proposed event, commercial activity, other non-traditional use or rotating guest groups requires prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. One dog up to 100 lbs is permitted for $50.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage costs. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours. Damage protection of up to $25,000 is provided in lieu of a security deposit, with coverage details in the booking agreement.

Getting there

Dune Road beaches are two miles away; Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car. The property is not handicap accessible. The backyard is not fenced. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about availability of outdoor furniture and equipment.
