Unit 7 accommodates up to two guests and has a queen bed, air conditioning, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The bathroom is on the first/main floor. Bed linens, bath towels, heating, hot water, a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee facilities are provided. There is no kitchen or washer/dryer.
Shared outdoor facilities include a large waterfront lawn with seating and games, communal gas grills, lounge chairs and a deck/patio with outdoor furniture. An on-site restaurant, free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. There is no pool.
The property is in Hampton Bays, on the west side of the Town of Southampton, two miles from Dune Road beaches. Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car. Nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach.
StayMarquis manages the guest experience, with a dedicated Guest Experience Manager and 24/7 support; maintenance is performed by the owner. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability. Spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
