Unit 6 has a queen bed, air conditioning, heating, a smart TV and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower on the first/main floor. Bed linens, bath towels and hot water are provided. A refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee facilities are available, but there is no kitchen or washer/dryer.
The Inn Spot has an on-site restaurant, a large shared waterfront lawn with seating and games, communal gas grills and a deck/patio with outdoor furniture. Wi-Fi and parking are free. There is no pool.
Hampton Bays is on the west side of the Town of Southampton. Dune Road beaches are two miles away, and Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car. Nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach.
StayMarquis manages the guest experience, with a dedicated Guest Experience Manager and 24/7 support; maintenance is performed by the property owner. Outside Memorial Day through Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability. Spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
