House rules

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is two; no additional guests are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Any proposed event, commercial activity or other non-traditional use, including rotating groups during a stay, requires prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. One dog up to 100 lbs is permitted for $50.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage costs. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours. Cancellations at least 14 days before check-in receive a 100% refund; cancellations at least seven days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Payments are non-refundable within seven days of check-in. In lieu of a security deposit, damage protection of up to $25,000 is provided, with coverage details in the booking agreement.

Getting there

Dune Road beaches are two miles away. Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car. The backyard is not fenced. The accommodation is not handicap accessible. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
