Unit 3 has a queen bed, air conditioning, a television and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower on the first/main floor. Bed linens, bath towels, heating and hot water are provided. A refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee equipment are available, but there is no kitchen or washer/dryer.
The Inn Spot has an on-site restaurant, a large shared waterfront lawn with seating and games, communal gas grills, and deck/patio space with chairs. Wi-Fi and parking are free. There is no pool.
The property is in Hampton Bays, on the west side of the Town of Southampton, two miles from Dune Road beaches. Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car. Nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach.
StayMarquis manages the guest experience, with a dedicated Guest Experience Manager and 24/7 support. Maintenance is performed by the owner. Outdoor furniture and equipment may be unavailable outside the main summer season; inquire before booking outside Memorial Day to Labor Day.
