House rules

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy of two are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited; events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating guest groups during one stay, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. One dog of 100 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $50.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. Outside Memorial Day through Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. The property may be shown to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to arrange reasonable daytime hours. Cancellation at least 14 days before check-in receives a 100% refund; cancellation at least seven days before check-in receives a 50% refund; payments are non-refundable within seven days of check-in. In lieu of a security deposit, up to $25,000 of accidental damage protection is provided, subject to the booking agreement.

Getting there

Dune Road beaches are two miles away. Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car. The property is not handicap accessible. The backyard is not fenced.
