Unit 5 accommodates up to two guests. Its bedroom has one queen bed, air conditioning, a TV and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower on the first/main floor. The suite includes a living room and a kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans. Bed linens, bath towels, heating and hot water are provided. Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and free parking are available. There is no washer/dryer or swimming pool.
The Inn Spot sits on a canal off Shinnecock Bay in Hampton Bays, on the west side of the Town of Southampton. Shared outdoor facilities include a large waterfront lawn with seating and games, communal gas grills, lounge chairs and a deck/patio with furniture. An on-site restaurant is available. Dune Road beaches are two miles away, and Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car.
StayMarquis manages the guest experience, with a dedicated Guest Experience Manager and 24/7 support. Maintenance is performed by the owner. Outdoor furniture and equipment may be seasonal; inquire before booking outside Memorial Day through Labor Day.
