House rules

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy of two are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited; reservations involving events, commercial activities, rotating groups or other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. One dog up to 100 lbs is permitted for $50.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. The property may be shown to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to give advance notice and schedule reasonable daytime visits. In lieu of a security deposit, damage protection of up to $25,000 is provided, subject to the booking agreement.

Getting there

Dune Road beaches are two miles away. Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car. The property is not handicap accessible. The backyard is not fenced. Outside Memorial Day through Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
