Unit 1 has one bedroom with a queen bed, air conditioning, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. The full bathroom is on the first/main floor and has a shower. The suite includes a living room and a kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Bed linens, bath towels, heating and hot water are provided.
The Inn Spot has an on-site restaurant and a large shared waterfront lawn with seating and games. Outdoor facilities include communal gas grills, lounge chairs, patio furniture and a deck/patio. The backyard is not fenced. Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and free parking are available.
Hampton Bays is on the west side of the Town of Southampton. Dune Road beaches are two miles away, and Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car. Nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach.
