House rules
Minimum age to book is 25. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Events, parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Children and pets are welcome.
Getting there
A car is necessary. Santa's Village is a 10-minute drive away; North Conway, Franconia and the Mt. Washington area are within a 40-minute drive.
