The 1,135-square-foot home sleeps six and has 1.5 bathrooms. Sleeping areas include a pull-out sofa in the living room and a full-size bed on the enclosed porch, which offers a summer sitting space.
The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen basics, with a dining area. Indoor amenities include seasonal partial air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, hot water, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, television and a video library. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided.
Outside are gardens, a patio or balcony, outdoor seating, a fire pit and a grill. Parking accommodates three cars, with ample trailer parking and snowmobile access. The home has a private entrance and self check-in. Baby safety gear, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided. Children and pets are welcome.
Santa's Village is a 10-minute drive away. North Conway, Franconia and the Mt. Washington area are within a 40-minute drive. A car is necessary.
