The 130 sqm house is arranged over three floors in a quiet mews in Zone 1. The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area with underfloor heating, artwork, a dining table seating six and a sofa facing a projector. A small outdoor space has a table and two chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, with a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and crockery also provided.
The first-floor guest bedroom has an armchair and built-in storage, with a bathroom next door containing a walk-in shower, sink and WC. The master bedroom occupies the top floor and has a desk area, armchair, flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, sink and WC. Only the master bedroom has air conditioning; a fan is available for the second bedroom in warmer months. A washing machine is housed in built-in storage.
Free Wi-Fi and central heating are available. Towels, bed linen, basic toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and cleaning products are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
Old Street tube station is a three-minute walk away. Moorgate is one tube stop or a 15-minute walk away. Restaurants, bars and coffee shops are nearby.
