The 125 sqm apartment has a wood-panelled drawing room with a desk/dining table, a separate WC with sink, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen facilities include an espresso machine, self-cleaning combi oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware and utensils. A washer/dryer is provided.
The master bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, WC and sink. Air conditioning is available in this bedroom only; the unit also provides heating. The upstairs suite has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and sink. A fan is provided for the second bedroom during summer. Central heating, free wireless internet, linens, towels, basic toiletries, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are available.
A small two-person lift opens directly into the apartment on the fourth floor. There is a flight of stairs inside the apartment. Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street are both under five minutes away on foot. Oxford Circus, Bond Street and Regent's Park Underground stations are each under a ten-minute walk.
