The estate sits on a private block in Southampton. Its open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen provide shared gathering space, with bedrooms arranged across the second floor, main floor and lower level. The living area has plush seating and an integrated Sonos system. The kitchen includes appliances, generous counter space and a Nespresso machine.
Outside are a private heated pool with poolside loungers, a tennis court with equipment, a basketball court, a pickleball court, a ping-pong table, a gas grill and a fire pit. The home also has a gym, media room, fireplace, balcony and patio. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.
Five second-floor bedrooms each have a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The primary and junior primary bathrooms each have a shower and tub; the other three have shower/tub combinations. Bedrooms 1, 4 and 5 have streaming TVs. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a streaming TV and a standard closet. On the lower level, one bedroom has two double/full beds, a standard closet and an ensuite with a shower/tub combination; the other has a queen bed, walk-in closet and ensuite with a shower.
Both have air conditioning. A main-floor powder room completes the bathroom layout.
