Check-in begins at 15:00; earlier check-in may be accommodated but is not guaranteed. Luggage can be left at reception while a room is being prepared. Checkout is 11:30; checkout as late as 12:30 may be requested in advance but is not guaranteed, particularly during busy periods. Rollaway beds or cribs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. To avoid a charge for one night's room rate, cancellations must be notified by 16:00 at least 48 hours before arrival.
Getting there
Kerry Airport is 17 km away. The hotel has no ground-floor rooms or lift; rooms begin on the first floor, approximately 20 steps from reception. Parking permits for the off-site St. John's Church car park are limited and allocated first come, first served.
