What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 15:00. Earlier check-in may be possible but is not guaranteed; luggage can be left at reception while a room is being prepared. Checkout is 11:30. Checkout as late as 12:30 may be requested in advance but is not guaranteed, especially during busy periods.
What parking is available?
A limited number of first-come, first-served permits allow parking at the off-site St. John's Church car park. A €50 cash or credit-card deposit is required and refunded when the permit is returned to reception at checkout; debit-card deposits are not accepted. Street parking outside the hotel is free from 17:30 to 08:30 each evening and all day on Sundays and public holidays.
Are accessible rooms available?
The hotel has no ground-floor rooms or lift. Rooms begin on the first floor, approximately 20 steps from reception. Staff can carry bags on request; requests for a room closest to reception can be prioritized where possible.
What is the cancellation policy?
To avoid a charge for one night's room rate, cancellation must be notified by 16:00 at least 48 hours before arrival.
