House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum rental age is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; requests outside these hours must be arranged in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. A baby cot and highchair are available to hire. Full refund for cancellation at least five days before check-in; no refund for cancellation less than five days before arrival.
Getting there
The home is arranged across the lower ground, ground, first, second and top floors. Angel station is a 10-minute walk away; Upper Street is under 10 minutes on foot; King's Cross is around a 15-minute walk away.
