This 200-square-metre townhouse is arranged across several levels on a quiet, leafy road opposite Barnard Park. Angel station on the Northern Line is a 10-minute walk away, Upper Street is under 10 minutes on foot, and King's Cross is around a 15-minute walk away, with national and international rail services and several Underground lines.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with an island breakfast bar opening into a relaxed living area. Kitchen facilities include a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A dining area and dining table are provided.

The lower ground floor contains a bedroom with a double bed, ornamental fireplace and built-in storage. An adjoining nursery has a cot and direct garden access. A wet room on this level has a shower, sink and WC.

The first-floor main living room has an L-shaped sofa, armchair, coffee table, ornamental fireplace, floor-to-ceiling sash windows and a 65-inch wall-mounted Frame TV. An adjoining office provides a desk and another fireplace.

The second-floor main bedroom has an ornamental fireplace and built-in storage. The adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathtub, WC and sink, with a separate washer and dryer. The top-floor bedroom has a double bed, desk and en-suite with a walk-in shower, WC and sink. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a private roof terrace with chairs.

Central heating, air conditioning, towels, bed linen, toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, cleaning products and smoke detectors are provided. The home is suitable for children and infants.
