The main living area has comfortable seating and a large wall-mounted TV. A separate media room has a plush sofa and oversized TV, while an upstairs sitting area offers space to read or relax.
The kitchen includes an island with breakfast-bar seating, a Nespresso machine, oven, stove and dishwasher. Meals can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table or on the covered patio overlooking the private pool.
All four bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony; the second bedroom also has a double bed. There are three full bathrooms, including a main bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and separate shower.
A private laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi and two complimentary driveway parking spaces are available. The garage is not accessible to guests. The home has a private entrance and a smoke detector.
