House rules
Maximum occupancy is 24 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs require prior final approval; approved pets incur non-refundable fees of $150 per animal for cleaning and $50/night per animal. A credit card preauthorization of $4,900.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local team address is available upon request for $25/package or $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations exceeding eight days require scheduling and payment for an In-Stay Refresh. Reservation confirmation requires an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. A maximum of six cars is permitted.
