The house

The 14,890-square-foot home occupies a gated setting with mountain views, exposed iron beams, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Each of the seven bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom; there are eight full bathrooms and one half bathroom in total.

A main kitchen and a professional chef's kitchen provide appliances and expansive islands. Living and recreation spaces include a home theater, wine cellar, game room with foosball, ping-pong, pool table and shuffleboard, and a private fitness room with a Peloton.

Wellness facilities include a heated pool, private indoor spa, sauna and private rooftop hot tub. Outdoor spaces include a zen garden, garden or backyard, balconies, patios, a grill and fire features. A fireplace, smart television, ski storage and boot heaters are available. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer.

Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Canyons Village offers skiing and snowboarding in winter and hiking, mountain biking and golfing in summer. Long-term stays are also allowed.
