The apartment accommodates three guests and is on the fourth floor. An elevator serves the building, but one floor of stairs must still be climbed to reach the entrance.
The boat-inspired living area has a dining table, two sofas, a TV and access to a balcony with outdoor furniture. One sofa converts into a single bed. The attic bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower stall and hairdryer.
