The apartment is in a quiet, private area within an early 20th-century mansion surrounded by a lush private garden where guests can dine outdoors. A separate entrance leads into a heated, furnished veranda and then a living room with a sofa, dining table and TV. A terrace is also available.
The kitchen has a small dining table, microwave, oven, moka coffee maker and kettle. The two bedrooms contain one queen-size bed and two single beds respectively. The bathroom opposite the bedrooms has a shower stall and washing machine; a hairdryer is provided. Free Wi-Fi, heating and an iron are available.
Access is via a walkway (creuza) a short distance from the road, with ten steps. Rapallo train station is less than a 20-minute walk away, and Genoa airport is 40 minutes away by car. Local experiences can be arranged on request.
