The house

The home has an open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with large windows and connections to outdoor gathering spaces. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, Sonos audio and a gas fireplace are provided.

The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, streaming TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, a standard closet, streaming TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, a standard closet, streaming TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A fourth full bathroom with a shower is on the main floor. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The landscaped yard has a private heated outdoor saltwater pool, a covered deck/patio, lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. A bicycle, beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler are available. The yard has a fence, but the pool is not fenced. Parking and an attached garage are provided.

Shinnecock is within walking distance. Restaurants, village shops, art galleries, golf courses and ocean beaches are a short drive away. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
