House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances due to a homeowner allergy. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card must be on file before check-in instructions are issued. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Beaver Creek InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability. The initial payment is 50% of the grand total, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days of check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. After full payment, payments are non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable.
Getting there
The home occupies two levels. The base of Beaver Creek Mountain and village lifts are a short walk away. Dining, shopping and the village ice rink are steps away. Parking is limited to one car.
