The house

The 2,060-square-foot penthouse has cathedral ceilings, mountain views and a great room with a fireplace and generous seating. An adjacent dining area connects to a kitchen with integrated appliances, custom cabinetry and waterfall stone countertops. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes.

Two primary suites have vaulted ceilings and ensuite bathrooms with dual vanities, glass showers and deep soaking tubs. The first three bedrooms each have a king bed; the fourth has two twin bunk beds. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, heating, hot water and television are provided. A washer and dryer are available.

Guests have access to the St. James Place community's indoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub. Additional amenities include a gym, sauna, ski storage lockers and boot heaters. Free Wi-Fi and free parking with garage access are available, with a limit of one car.

The village's dining, shopping and ice rink are steps away. The base of Beaver Creek Mountain and village lifts are a short walk away, with nearby pedestrian escalators providing access toward the mountain. Long-term stays are also allowed.
