Tourism Tax (TTx) is RM10 per room per night at check-in for foreign passport holders; MyKad and MyPR holders are exempt. Early check-in is subject to availability. The pickleball court is open from 7:00 to 19:00 and costs RM 30 per hour; reserve online and pay at reception.
Getting there
The hotel is in the centre of Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands. A linked bridge connects the property to town; the bus and taxi station is within walking distance. During monsoon season in October and November, drive slowly on the descent.
