What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 14:00. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Is parking really free?
Yes. The private lot in front of the hotel is free for guests.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. The centre books out on school holidays and long weekends, so reserve ahead if you can.
Are foreign passport holders charged extra?
Tourism Tax (TTx) is RM10 per room per night at check-in for foreign passports. MyKad and MyPR holders are exempt.
