Things to know
Before you book
House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The two homes are a short distance from one another rather than in one building. Neither home has a dining table or designated dining room, and there is no single dining space seating 11 guests together. Parking is unassigned and first-come, first-served.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at avantstay.com.
