The house

The Bloom House and Cosmic Cowgirl are a short distance from one another in Nashville neighborhoods minutes from downtown, with access to Broadway, East Nashville, Germantown and the Cumberland Riverfront.

The Bloom House has colorful, art-forward interiors, an open living area with plush seating and an open kitchen connected to the living space. Its on-site gym includes a Peloton bike and an interactive Echelon mirror. Four bedrooms contain one king bed, two queen beds, two double beds and two twin beds; the home has two full bathrooms.

Cosmic Cowgirl has western and cosmic-inspired decor, a living area with a pink pull-out sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. Each of its two bedrooms has a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. An upstairs rooftop lounge has Nashville skyline views. Cosmic Cowgirl accommodates up to five guests, and a pack and play and high chair are available upon request.

Neither home has a designated dining room or dining table. The Bloom House has five kitchen-bar stools and Cosmic Cowgirl has four, with additional seating in the living areas. There is no single dining table or dining space seating 11 guests together. Heating, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer are available. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements. Self-check-in uses a keypad.
