Flat 6 is a 68-square-metre apartment on the second floor of a Victorian townhouse, forming part of an aparthotel on a quiet, tree-lined road. It has high ceilings, large windows, modern furnishings and views over the Victorian street. A spacious entry hall provides storage for bags, shoes and coats.
The lounge has a sofa, armchair, television with Freeview channels, a desk for homeworking and a dining area seating four beside floor-to-ceiling windows. A concealed alcove provides an additional sleeping area. The bedroom has double wardrobes with full-length mirrors and a sash window overlooking neighbouring gardens. The bathroom is accessed from the entry hall and has a bathtub with rainfall shower and storage.
The kitchen opens off the lounge and includes a fridge, microwave, cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, cooking utensils, cookware and crockery. The apartment has its own combination washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, heating and a portable air-conditioning unit. Towels, bed linen, toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided. A high chair and fans are available on request. Smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided. Children and infants are welcome.
Sloane Square is less than one minute away, and Sloane Square Underground station is less than two minutes away, with Circle and District line connections. King's Road is a short stroll away, and the Saatchi Gallery is nearby in Duke of York's Square. Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, the South Kensington museums, Harrods and Harvey Nichols are a 15–20-minute walk or a short tube, bus or cab ride away. Temporary street parking is available.
