The house

The house accommodates up to eight guests with an open-plan living room, dining area and equipped kitchen. Large windows frame waterfront views. The kitchen includes appliances, a microwave and coffee maker; the home also has a fireplace, heating, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and an iron and ironing board. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, full ensuite bathroom, streaming TV, walk-in closet and balcony/deck. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed, full ensuite bathroom, streaming TV and walk-in closet; the third has a queen bed, streaming TV and standard closet; and the fourth has a king bed, streaming TV and walk-in closet. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The house has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. On the main floor are a hallway shower bathroom, the primary ensuite with shower and tub, and a half bathroom. Upstairs are three full bathrooms, two with showers and one with a shower and tub.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated outdoor pool overlooking the water, fencing around both the pool and yard, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower, a kayak, a covered patio, a gas grill, lounge chairs and outdoor dining furniture. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are available.

Nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach. Restaurants, shops, art galleries, golf courses and Southampton beaches are a short drive away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
