House rules
No Schoolies or party-style bookings. Mornington Shire holiday-rental guidelines restrict who may stay and guest behaviour and activities. Non-compliant bookings may be cancelled, or guests may be required to vacate immediately with full loss of payment. Joining two single beds into a queen requires prior arrangement.
Getting there
Both bedrooms are upstairs; the bathroom is downstairs. A 12-minute walk reaches the coastal National Park Walking track, which leads to Dimmicks Beach. The bayside is a short drive away. Parking accommodates two cars and a boat.
