The house

The house has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, including two primary suites with ensuite bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king beds and the fourth has a queen bed; an additional common sleeping area has a sofa bed. An outdoor shower is also available.

Interiors feature wood from a 150-year-old barn frame, wide-plank flooring and wood doors. The double-height great room has a stone fireplace and adjoins a dining area seating eight. There is a separate sitting room near the entrance and an upstairs loft sitting area overlooking the main living space. The chef’s kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, a butcher-block island, ample counters and backyard-facing windows. The finished basement has table tennis, billiards/pool and a media area. A gym/fitness room, outdoor grill, bed linens, towels, washer and dryer are available.

A bluestone patio surrounds the private heated pool, with lounge chairs, benches and umbrellas. Sliding doors from the great room open onto a deck with more lounge chairs and a hammock. A covered outdoor dining area seats six. A pool fence can be installed.

The house is close to East Hampton village and a short walk from a three-mile harbor. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
