The house

This recently built home has an open floorplan with multiple dining and sitting areas, a gas-burning fireplace, central air conditioning and an island kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. Wi-Fi, a dedicated work-from-home space, a washer and dryer, a television in the main living room and a Bluetooth speaker are provided.

Three queen bedrooms and one king bedroom are on the main floor. The upstairs king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony/deck. All five bedrooms have air conditioning and standard closets. The main floor has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a separate half bathroom; the upstairs ensuite has a shower. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided.

Outside are a private heated outdoor pool, a spacious lawn, an uncovered deck/patio, outdoor dining and seating, a table, chairs, umbrella and gas barbecue. Free parking and a private entrance are available. Nearby destinations include Shinnecock Hills, Quogue and Southampton; nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach.

The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
