House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items through the Reservation Team. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require an arranged, paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late checkout require text-message authorization from the Vail InvitedHome team and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.
Getting there
The home spans multiple levels, with a ground-level mudroom, a lower-level bedroom and three top-floor bedrooms. The ski shuttle reaches the Village in five minutes; the heart of Vail is a 10-minute bike ride away. Parking is limited to two spaces.
