The house

The 2,815-square-foot home has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. A ground-level mudroom and ski storage serve mountain outings. The lower level contains a den and bedroom combination with two queen beds, lounge space and an ensuite shower bathroom. Three bedrooms occupy the top floor: a main bedroom with a king bed, couch, reading seating, quiet office and ensuite with dual vanity and shower, plus two queen bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower bathroom.

The open-plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and connects to a dining area seating eight. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes, silverware and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room has dark wood beams, a stone gas fireplace and a wet bar. A balcony off the living area overlooks pine trees, and the home has mountain views.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, heating, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided. There is a BBQ area and a shared heated outdoor pool available during summer. Parking accommodates two vehicles: one in the garage and one in the driveway.

The home is near hiking and biking trails, the Vail Golf Club and Nordic Center. The ski shuttle reaches the Village in five minutes, and the heart of Vail is a 10-minute bike ride away. Longer stays are allowed.
