House rules
Maximum occupancy is six people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. Long-term stays are allowed. Reservation confirmation requires an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office address is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for more information. Stays exceeding eight days require scheduling and payment for an In-Stay Refresh. Stays of at least 30 nights are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared.
Getting there
Lift 7 is a short walk away. Shops, restaurants and the free gondola to Mountain Village are within walking distance. The property is on a bus route. A maximum of one car is permitted.
