The house

This 1,255-square-foot condo has an open-concept living area with hardwood floors, contemporary furnishings, large windows and a wood-burning fireplace. Mountain views, a hot tub, ski storage and a BBQ area are among the facilities.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, kitchen island and dining table. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, toaster, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and espresso machine. A washer and dryer, heating, hot water, free Wi-Fi, television and Smart TV are available. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron with ironing board are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms, with a bathtub among the amenities.

Lift 7 is a short walk away. Town shops, restaurants and the free gondola connecting Telluride with Mountain Village are within walking distance. The property is on a bus route, and parking is limited to one car. Long-term stays are allowed.
