House rules
Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 40€/stay; the published date range is partially obscured and ends in January 2029. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
Getting there
Playa de Gandia is 0.1 km away. The apartment is on the second line of the beach. Parking is limited to one outdoor space. Grao de Gandia train station is 0.9 km away, the bus stop is 0.2 km away, Valencia–Manises Airport is 75 km away and the Denia ferry is 33 km away. There is no elevator.
